It’s Thursday dessert day (I just made that up) and I’m giving you the easiest and most sweet-tooth-satisfying dessert you can make. Your taste buds and your stomach will thank me.
5 ingredients is all you need to make this masterpiece: Peanut butter Oreos + caramel + mini Reese’s peanut butter cups + cool whip + chocolate peanut butter spread = HEAVEN!!
You might be thinking, “why is it named Crazy.Sexy.Cool though?” Simple. I’ve been listening to the Crazy.Sexy.Cool album from TLC all day on repeat (RIP Left-eye) and I mean after you try this dessert you’ll probably be like “Oh why do I feel the way I do. When all I can think about is you. Diggin’ diggin’ diggin’ on you” so it just seemed like it fit. 🙂
I was inspired for this by a recipe I found on Pinterest (click here for original recipe). My local (not-so-great) supermarket didn’t have all of the ingredients I needed, so I had to improvise and this creation was developed! I brought it to a dessert party around the holidays and it was a HIT!
Crazy.Sexy.Cool. Peanut Butter Crunch Lasagna
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 pack of Peanut Butter Oreos
- Cool Whip (I used about 1 1/2 tubs)
- Caramel Sauce
- Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread (melted)
Instructions
- Throw on your favorite TLC jam!
- Line a small baking pan with a layer of Oreos (8x8)
- Pour half of Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread
- Add layer of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- Add half of Cool Whip
- Drizzle caramel sauce as desired
- Repeat layering
- Top with remaining cool whip, Reese's peanut butter cups, crushed Oreos and caramel sauce
- Refrigerate overnight
